I'm Erin Corwin, and my real estate journey began at a Seattle condominium management firm where I prepared resale certificates, HOA budgets, and more, before joining one of Seattle’s original residential real estate teams where I learned firsthand how critical strong systems, clear strategy, and operational excellence are to success — no matter the market conditions or if you are a solo agent or high-volume team.
Since then, I’ve worked behind the scenes with some of Seattle’s top-producing brokers, operating in fast-paced, high-production environments where efficiency, adaptability, and precision were essential. Many real estate professionals can say they have 25 years in the industry — few can say they’ve coordinated thousands of successful closings while building and refining the systems that made that level of production possible.
